Businesses that connected Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp
From the Labibah dashboard: open the channel (WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram) and press "Disconnect". The access token is deleted immediately.
From Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations → select Labibah → Remove, and tick the option to delete data. From Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites → Labibah → Remove.
We then delete the access token and every conversation received through that channel. Meta gives you a link with a confirmation code whose status you can follow on this page.
Deleting your whole Labibah account
Email support@labibh.com from your account's address with the subject "Delete account". We delete the account, conversations and settings within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.
Customers who messaged a business
If you messaged a business that uses Labibah and want your messages deleted, contact that business or email support@labibh.com with the business name, the channel (WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram) and your number or account name. We delete your messages within 30 days.

الأنشطة التجارية التي ربطت فيسبوك أو إنستجرام أو واتساب
من لوحة تحكم لبيبة: افتح القناة (واتساب أو ماسنجر أو إنستجرام) واضغط «فصل». يُحذف رمز الوصول فوراً.
من فيسبوك: الإعدادات والخصوصية ← الإعدادات ← تكاملات الأعمال ← اختر Labibah ← إزالة، مع تفعيل خيار حذف البيانات. من إنستجرام: الإعدادات ← التطبيقات والمواقع ← Labibah ← إزالة.
بعدها نحذف رمز الوصول وكل المحادثات الواردة عبر تلك القناة، وتصلك من Meta روابط بها رمز تأكيد يمكنك متابعة حالته على هذه الصفحة.
حذف حساب لبيبة بالكامل
راسلنا على support@labibh.com من البريد المسجّل في حسابك بعنوان «حذف الحساب». نحذف الحساب والمحادثات والإعدادات خلال 30 يوماً، عدا ما يلزمنا القانون بحفظه كالفواتير.
العملاء الذين راسلوا نشاطاً تجارياً
إذا راسلت نشاطاً يستخدم لبيبة وتريد حذف رسائلك، تواصل مع ذلك النشاط أو راسلنا على support@labibh.com مع اسم النشاط والقناة (واتساب أو ماسنجر أو إنستجرام) ورقمك أو اسم حسابك. نحذف رسائلك خلال 30 يوماً.
